Ms. Edwards is a founding member of Edwards & Taylor, LLC. Ms. Edwards has extensive experience representing lenders in foreclosures throughout the State of Colorado. She has worked with Public Trustees throughout the state, and has experience handling most any issue that could arise in a foreclosure action. She has experience in the most simple residential foreclosure action to the complex, multi-property commercial transaction. Ms Edwards has authored legislation temporarily restructuring the foreclosure process in response to farm aid legislation.

Ms. Edwards has represented numerous creditor clients in both commercial and consumer collection cases. She has taught seminars on collection procedures, and has successfully collected assets for clients. She has experience in post-judgment execution procedures, foreclosure against real property, chattels and other personal property.

Ms. Edwards has been extensively involved in bankruptcy cases representing primarily creditors. She has represented consumer, commercial, real estate and agricultural lenders in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, Chapter 12 and Chapter 13 cases. Her experience includes cash collateral, relief from stay, post-petition financing, and dischargeability issues, plan confirmation and other matters affecting her creditor clients.

Ms. Edwards has worked on numerous loan workouts, in representation of commercial banks, credit unions, savings and loans, and agricultural lenders. Ms. Edwards has participated in numerous real estate transactions, including the preparation of loan documents for lenders on real estate transactions, preparation of commercial and residential real estate contracts and commercial and residential real estate closings.
